PROGRAM INCLUDES:

Increase Strength & Power – Develop total-body strength focusing on bodyweight and weighted exercises tailored to your age and skill level.

Improve Speed & Agility – Improve footwork, reaction time, and acceleration to gain a competitive edge.

Enhance Endurance – Build stamina so you can stay strong and explosive from start to finish.

Prevent Injuries – Strengthen muscles and joints to reduce the risk of common sports injuries.

Develop Teamwork & Discipline – Learn the importance of hard work, consistency, and dedication in a team setting.

TRAINING FOCUS:

Strength & Power Training – Bodyweight exercises (push-ups, squats, lunges) and progressive weightlifting for older athletes.

Speed & Agility Drills – Acceleration training, footwork drills, and plyometrics to improve reaction time and quickness.

Endurance Conditioning – Cardiovascular and resistance-based exercises to build long-lasting stamina.

Injury Prevention Techniques – Flexibility, mobility, and core stability training to keep athletes healthy and on the field.

Mental & Physical Toughness – Teaching young athletes how to push past limits, stay focused, and excel under pressure.
