The SMFA will run the Co-Ed Scarborough Thunder Flag Football League consisiting of 4 divisions for players 6-14. Grades 1/2, grades 3/4, Grades 5/6 and Grades 7/8. 

The season will consist of 10 games plus playoffs starting Wednesday May 22nd 2024 with 1 game per week with the Championships on Wednesday August 7th 2024

The format will be 5v5 with a minimim of 6 players per team and a maximum of 10 players per team.

All Games will be played Wednesday Nights (fields open at 6:30pm for warm ups) at Winston Churchill CI on Lawrence Ave. E (west of Kennedy Rd.)

Grade 1/2 - 7:00pm Kickoff (Fields 1 and 2)

Grade 3/4 - 7:00pm Kickoff (Fields 3 and 4)

Grade 5/6 - 7:45pm Kickoff(Fields 1 and 2)

Grade 7/8 - 7:45pm Kickoff (Fields 3 and 4)

Uniforms will be supplied (by week 1) (shirt and shorts), Players need to supply cleats and mouthguards. 

VOLUNTEERS COACHES NEEDED - as we are a volunteer based, not for profit, we require volunteers to coach the Flag Football teams, no experience necessary. Please reach out to coaching @scarboroughthunderfootball.com with your name, contact number and age group you would like to coach! We can only run this program if we get enough volunteers. 

Total Cost for the season is now ONLY $250.00 Plus National Registry of $22.50 (this is paid directly to Football Canada and Football Ontario when you register)
